Using Konnected

These Terms of Use govern access to the Konnected website and the services, content and interfaces made available through it. By using Konnected, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Platform scope

Konnected connects workforce training, candidate development, recruitment and workforce-management experiences. Some services shown on the website may be in development, limited by market, or subject to separate commercial agreements.

Information on the website does not by itself create an employment relationship, staffing agreement, training accreditation, or guarantee of placement.

Candidate responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and current information about their identity, qualifications, experience, availability and other profile details.

A Konnected profile, assessment, course completion or match does not guarantee employment. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions.

Employer responsibilities

Employers and clients are responsible for providing accurate role requirements, complying with employment and workplace obligations, conducting appropriate hiring decisions, and ensuring that requested duties are lawful and appropriate.

Employers must not ask candidates to perform regulated clinical or professional activities unless the individual is properly qualified and authorized.

Training and credentials

Konnected training is intended to support workforce readiness. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Konnected course completion does not replace a government licence, regulated qualification, professional registration or third-party accreditation.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Konnected, interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, scrape restricted information, impersonate another person or organization, or use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.

Intellectual property

Konnected branding, website design, platform interfaces, original training materials and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without permission.

Third-party services

Konnected may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, communications, analytics, learning, verification, payments or other functionality. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, improve or discontinue parts of the service as Konnected develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature.

Limitation and responsibility

Konnected aims to provide useful information, preparation and connections, but cannot guarantee candidate performance, employer conduct, job availability, placement outcomes or uninterrupted platform operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Governing terms

Additional agreements may apply to specific recruitment, staffing, training or commercial services. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the signed agreement will govern that specific service to the extent of the conflict.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the platform evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
